On April 24, 2014, Stein Mart Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per common share, payable on July 18, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 3, 2014. The dividend is a 50 percent increase over the previous quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
