Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On April 10, 2014, Travelzoo Inc. (the "Company") announced that Mark Webb, President of Travelzoo Local is leaving the Company on May 1, 2014. Mr. Webb’s resignation was effective April 7, 2014. Michael Stitt will assume leadership of the Company’s Local business in North America. Mr. Stitt joined Travelzoo in 2004 and launched Travelzoo Local in 2010. In Europe, Travelzoo Local will report to the respective country manager in each market. A copy of the Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
