Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(d) On April 2, 2014, the Board of Directors of Northrim BanCorp, Inc. (the "Company") and its wholly owned subsidiary, Northrim Bank (the "Bank"), announced the appointment of Linda C. Thomas to serve on their respective boards, until the 2014 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting or until a successor has been elected and qualified.
Ms. Thomas' appointment to the boards of the Company and the Bank was disclosed publicly on April 2, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
