On March 31, 2014, The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (“IPG”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that it had agreed to sell $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.20% Senior Notes due 2024.
