Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 26, 2014, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced a realignment of its global line of business and its executive team, effective April 1, 2014, as follows:
| • | Patrick Miller will also be responsible for Structures, formerly under Timo Haatanen, in addition to his other responsibilities. Mr. Miller’s title remains unchanged as President of Global Truck & Bus; and |
| • | Timo Haatanen, formerly President of Global Aftermarket and Structures, will now be President of Global Aftermarket and Supply Chain Management. |
Kevin Frailey remains in his role as President of Global Construction, Agriculture & Military. Messrs. Miller, Haatanen, and Frailey will continue to report to Richard P. Lavin, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and be responsible for carrying out the Company’s strategy.
