Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.
On March 14, 2014, Neuromama, Ltd. (the “Company”) received resignation notices from Igor Weselovsky as Treasurer and Alexander Vikoulov as Secretary of the Company.
Mr. Weselovsky and Mr. Vikoulov’s resignations were not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
On March 14, 2014, the Company appointed Nataliya Peysakovich as its new Treasurer and Secretary.
Ms. Peysakovich brings over 9 years of experience in outside sales and marketing to the Company. Currently, Ms. Peysakovich is unemployed. From February 2011 to February 2012, Ms. Peysakovich worked as a Sales/Marketing Associated at Sysco Corporation. From November 2009 to February 2011, Ms. Peysakovich word as a Food Industry Consultant at Con Amore Food LLC. From August 2006 to May 2009, Ms. Peysakovich worked as an Account Executive at Venus Distribution.
Ms. Peysakovich will serve as our officer until her duly elected successor is appointed or she resigns. There are no arrangements or understandings between Ms. Peysakovich and any other person pursuant to which she was selected as an officer. There are no family relationship between Ms. Peysakovich and any of our officers or directors. Ms. Peysakovich has not held any other directorships in a company with a class of securities registered pursuant to section 12 of the Exchange Act or subject to the requirements of section 15(d) of such Act or any company registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
