Kinetic Concepts , Inc. (“KCI) is a 100% owned subsidiary of Centaur Guernsey L.P. Inc. Effective March 18, 2014, Michael E. Mathews is leaving his position as Senior Vice President, International, KCI, to pursue other opportunities.
