Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 20, 2014, Rally Software Development Corp., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and year ended January 31, 2014. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
