On March 11, 2014 Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co., Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2014.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated herein by reference.
