On March 7, 2014, RadNet, Inc. issued a press release related to the commencement of its tender offer and consent solicitation for its 10 3/8% senior notes due 2018.

 

A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
