Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 4, 2014, Verde Resources, Inc. announced the signing of Memorandum of Understanding with Black Stallion Mining Group Ltd (BSM) and Phu Duc Mineral Joint Stock Company (PDM) to cooperate in the prospecting and development of rare earth resources. BSM is located in Cambodia and PDM in Vietnam. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
