Other Events. |
On February 25, 2014, Selectica, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from The NASDAQ Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) informing the Company that it had regained compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), the minimum stockholders’ equity rule, and that the Company is in compliance with all applicable listing standards required for listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market. As a result, the Panel has determined to continue the listing of the Company’s securities on The NASDAQ Stock Market.
On March 5, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing the Panel’s determination. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
