Effective February 28, 2014, Yinfu Gold Corporation (the “Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Tang Wenbo and Mr. Hu Qinjian from their positions as directors to the Company. Mr. Tang and Mr. Hu have served on the Board since April 17, 2013. Both former directors confirmed that they have no claims or issues to bring to the attention of the Board.
