Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. (the "Company") has appointed Computershare as its transfer agent and shareholder support provider, effective February 24, 2014. All of the Company's directly held shares of Class A, Class B-1, Class B-2, and Class B-3 common stock were transfered from DST Systems, Inc. (DST) to Computershare’s platform. A copy of the Company's letter to its shareholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
