Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 21, 2014, Raymond James Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) made available on its website at www.raymondjames.com under "Our Company, Investor Relations" its quarterly shareholders letter commenting on its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. The Company expects to mail this quarterly shareholders letter to certain shareholders on or about February 24, 2014. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
