Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 19, 2014, QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Company’s Fourth Quarter 2013 Supplemental Information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
