Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 12, 2014, Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. (“Wesco”) provided certain information to prospective lenders in the syndication of its Term Loan B in connection with the acquisition of Haas Group Inc. Certain information from this presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
