Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. |
On February 11, 2014, Journal Communications, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Jason R. Graham, formerly the Company’s Vice President and Controller, became Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller and, effective upon the filing of the Company’s 2013 Annual Report on Form 10-K, will also become Chief Financial Officer. Andre J. Fernandez, currently the Company’s President and Chief Financial Officer, will become President and Chief Operating Officer, with operational oversight of the Company’s Publishing and Broadcast segments as well as expanded corporate responsibilities. A copy of the press release announcing these changes is filed as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein.
