Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 31, 2014 Union First Market Bankshares Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend payable on February 28, 2014 to shareholders of record as of February 14, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
