Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 31, 2014, Peoples Financial Services Corp. issued a press release announcing that a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share of common stock will be payable March 14, 2014 to shareholders of record on February 28, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
