On January 29, 2014, Heritage Financial Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. On January 29, 2014, Heritage Financial Group, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be paid on February 28, 2014, to stockholders of record as of February 14, 2014.
