Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 30, 2014, Alliant Techsystems Inc. (ATK) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fiscal quarter and nine months ended December 29, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. In the financial statements attached to the press release issued on January 30, 2014 the Noncurrent deferred income tax liability line item was not included in the long term liabilities section of the balance sheet. The total liabilities was correct, however the long term portion of the deferred income tax liability of $48,692 was not included. This has been corrected in the attached balance sheet.
