On January 23, 2014, the Company held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. As of the record date of November 25, 2013, 206,454,127 shares of the Company’s Common Stock were outstanding and entitled to vote. Of this amount, 182,647,496 shares, representing approximately 88.47% of the total number of eligible voting shares, were represented in person or by proxy constituting a quorum.
