Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 24, 2014, Mr. Shon R. Libby, Senior Vice President, Sales of Lawson Products, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he is leaving his current position effective February 7, 2014 to pursue a senior level position with another organization. Mr. Allen D. Jacobson will be promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Sales, effective February 7, 2014, and will assume overall responsibility for the sales organization. Mr. Jacobson joined the organization in 2008 as Vice President, Sales.
