Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On January 24, 2014, Viad Corp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.50 per share. The special dividend will be paid on February 14, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 7, 2014. A copy of the Company’s press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated by reference herein.
