On January 23, 2014, Provectus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) submitted a letter to the editor of TheStreet.com responding to the article "The Obsolescence of Provectus' Skin Cancer Drug Means Current Speculative Run Ends Badly" by Adam Feuerstein, published on TheStreet.com on January 23, 2014. A copy of the Company's letter to the editor is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
