Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 17, 2014, Kimberly G. Sinclair, Executive Vice President, Commercial and Retail Sales of Bank SNB, National Association (“Bank SNB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Southwest Bancorp, Inc. (“Southwest” or the “Company”), gave notice of her retirement from the Company effective February 28, 2014. 

 

Mark W. Funke, the Company’s President and CEO, stated, “On behalf of all of the employees of Southwest and Bank SNB, I want to express our appreciation to Kimberly for her commitment and loyalty to this company over the last 38 years.  She has made a significant, positive impact on the customers and employees of our company and her efforts are much appreciated.  We all thank her for her service.”
