(b) On January 16, 2014, Robert R. D’Amore, Senior Executive Vice President, Retail and Business Banking, advised the Company that he will retire from that position effective March 31, 2014.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
Sara M. Longobardi has been appointed to the position of Senior Executive Vice President, Retail Banking, effective April 1, 2014. Ms. Longobardi, who has been employed by the Company since 1991, has held various positions in the Retail Banking division since 1999. She currently serves as Senior Vice President, Customer Relationship Development within the Retail Banking group.
