Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
 
On January 22, 2014, TrustCo Bank Corp NY (“TrustCo”) held a conference call to discuss results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. During the call, management provided an incorrect amount in response to a question about expected cash flow from the Company’s investment securities for 2014. The correct amount of cash flow that management expects from the Company’s investment securities in 2014 is approximately $149 million assuming current interest rates.
