On January 15, 2014, Paul Bohan, a Director of Haynes International, Inc. (the “Company”) informed the Board of Directors of the Company that he would retire from the Board of Directors effective as of February 24, 2014 and would not stand for re-election at the February 25, 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
