Other Events.

On January 20, 2014, the Board of Directors of Cape Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") approved a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.06 per share. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of February 3, 2014 and is expected to be paid on February 17, 2014.
The Company has issued a press release regarding the cash dividend. A copy of the press release dated January 21, 2014 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
