Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously disclosed, BFC Financial Corporation (“BFC”) holds a 54% equity interest in Woodbridge Holdings, LLC, which owns 100% of Bluegreen Corporation (“Bluegreen”). Pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K, BFC is furnishing the materials attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 relating to Bluegreen. Such materials have been prepared by Bluegreen and are to be included in one or more presentations to be made by Bluegreen following the filing of this report. Neither BFC nor Bluegreen undertakes to update the attached presentation materials.
