As announced in the attached press release, on January 14, 2014, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.12 per common share, payable on February 11, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 28, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
