Item 8.01 — Other Event
On January 13, 2014, the Company issued a Press Release included here as Exhibit 99.1. As mentioned in the Press Release and announced on the Company’s Forms 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 23, 2013, and January 3, 2014, the Company has completed the issuance of Series A Preferred Stock. During December 2013 the Company also repaid $2.3 million in debt and has no outstanding debt as of December 31, 2013.
