On January 10, 2014, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled, “Marine Products Corporation Announces Date for Release of Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2013 Financial Results and Conference Call.” The press release announced the date that Marine Products Corporation will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2013 financial results. This release also provided the related conference call information.
