Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 13, 2014 Hampton Roads Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for The Bank of Hampton Roads and Shore Bank, announced that William M. Wright II has joined the Company as Vice President of Finance.
