In connection with the Annual Report of First Asia Holdings Limited. (the "Company") on Form 10-K for the period ended September 30, 2013 (the “Report”), I, Ms Luk Lai Ching Kimmy, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
