On January 6, 2014, John Barter, a member of the Board of Directors of Genpact Limited (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Board with immediate effect in order to devote his time to his new role as Chief Operating Officer of Spring Hill College. The Company expressed its appreciation for Mr. Barter’s service to the Company and the Board, on which he has served as a director since 2005. Mr. Barter served as Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee.
