(b) On January 3, 2014, Tony M. McKinney notified the Company that he decided to resign his position as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in order to accept another position with the Company. Mr. McKinney will continue to perform the duties of principal accounting officer through the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2013.
