On January 9, 2014, the Company announced its fourth fiscal quarter comparable store sales results through January 4, 2014, on a continuing operations basis. It also revised the fourth quarter guidance it previously provided on December 5, 2013. The Company issued a press release containing these updates, the full text of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
