The Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors has authorized increases in the rates of salary for our executive officers, effective January 1, 2014. These included salary increases that were awarded to our principal executive officer, our principal financial officer and to one other officer who was identified as a “named executive officer” in our definitive proxy statement for our 2013 annual meeting of stockholders, as follows:
