On January 2, 2014, Response Biomedical Corp. (“Response”) issued a press release announcing an update on a new Chinese distribution agreement with O&D Biotech Co., Ltd. whereby O&D could continue to market Response’s cardiovascular products under its own brand labels and registrations. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K..
