Item 8.01. Other Events
FutureWorld Energy, Inc. announces today that it has signed the first of two LOI in consideration. The acquisition of the first company should strengthen revenue position of the Company in 2014 and beyond. These acquisitions are first of many. More information will be forthcoming next week as previously noted by press releases and 8Ks.
