Item 8.01 Other Events.
Cell And Network Selection LLC, a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, entered into a settlement and license agreement with Dell Inc. This agreement resolved patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Case No. 6:13-cv-00563.
