On December 27, 2013, the stockholders of Waterstone Financial, Inc., a federal corporation, approved the plan of conversion and reorganization of Lamplighter Financial, MHC. On December 27, 2013, the members of Lamplighter Financial, MHC also approved the plan of conversion and reorganization.
