ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On December 31, 2013, Tufco Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
