ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On December 20, 2013, Lannett Company, Inc. (“the Company”) acquired two separate properties located in Philadelphia, PA for $4,000,000 and $5,000,000, respectively. The Company intends to use the two properties for future expansion including, but not limited to, additional manufacturing, product development, and warehousing capabilities.
