Item 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On December 16, 2013 RadNet, Inc. (“RadNet”) issued a press release disclosing its estimate of 2014 revenue reductions as a result of the recently released Medicare reimbursement schedules intended to take effect January 1, 2014 to this Current Report.
