Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 10, 2013, The Pantry, Inc. ("the Company") issued a press release announcing, among other things, results for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 26, 2013. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. The call presentation that will accompany the Company's earnings conference call is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
