Item 7.01 Regulation FD.

 

On November 13, 2013, Webxu, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an agreement with Western Sage CPA’s to initially begin compilation of Company financials and issue an accountants report in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This intended compilation is planned to reflect the Company’s financials since its last official filing.
